Caper Sauce ("Special Sauce" for soft boiled eggs)

Recipes
8 T olive oil (use the expensive stuff!)
2 T capers, chopped
4 T lemon juice, fresh squeezed
1 t lemon rind, grated (use the microplane)
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 T parsley, minced
Mix ingredients. Keep refrigerated (garlic and olive oil can create botulism if left out!)
This sauce works fantastic with soft boiled eggs.
